Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been accessed or downloaded. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before purchasing.

Coaching Services (1-on-1 or Group Coaching)

If you are not satisfied with your coaching service, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Cancellation Notice: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• No Show Policy: Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.
• Package Refunds: If you purchase a coaching package and decide not to continue, a pro-rated refund may be issued for unused sessions, provided a request is made within 7 days of the first session.
• Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original method of payment.

Workshops & Retreats

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event date.
• Cancellations within 7–14 days of the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, unless under exceptional circumstances.
