Welcome to Look For Light Coaching (with Marinda De Jager). By using my website, services and programs, or engaging in any coaching sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Coaching Services

• My coaching services and coaching program are designed to provide support, guidance, and strategies for personal, professional, and emotional growth.
• My coaching approach includes neuro-scientiffically proven techniques that are focussed on behaviour change.
• This coaching practice does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
• The results of coaching are dependent on the client’s commitment, openness, and willingness to implement strategies discussed during sessions.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions on time.
• It is the client's responsibility to do the exercises and apply the knowledge that is being taught in all coaching programs.
• Active participation and honest communication are expected to achieve the desired results.
• Clients acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and depend on their own actions and efforts.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for coaching services and coaching programs must be made in advance or per the agreed payment plan.
• Accepted payment methods include [Immediate Online Payment through Paystack, PayPal & Bank Transfers].
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be charged in full.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least [24/48] hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with insufficient notice may be charged at the full session rate.
• In the event of an emergency, reasonable accommodations will be made.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
• We will not share personal client information without prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content provided during sessions, in coaching programs or on our website, including but not limited to materials, resources, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of [Look For Light Coaching (with Marinda De Jager)].
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our coaching services.
• Clients accept full responsibility for decisions made and actions taken as a result of coaching sessions.

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
